Registration FAQ's for the 2012 Season

Answers:

1. When will registration open?

February 1, 2012. Please make your $50 deposit to secure a roster spot and be part of the Campbell Bears Youth Football and Cheer!

 

2. How much will registration cost?

$225.00 for Tiney Mites - Jr. Midgets. $175 for Midgets (Price will increase after April 1st)

$300.00 for EVERYONE after April 1, 2012

You can secure your spot on the roster today with a $50 deposit, or you can pay in full.

 

3. Can I register in person?

Yes, we will have walk-in registration sessions. Our sessions are typically held at the Campbell Community Center, located at the snack shack. Please check back with us for Walk-In registration dates and times.

 

4. What are acceptable methods of payment for registration?

We have a few methods of acceptable payment.

A. Online Payment (PayPal, Electronic Check or Major Credit Card)
B. Walk-in Payment. We’ll have walk-in registrations, please check our website for upcoming dates.

 

5. What documents do I need to complete and provide to you for registration?

  • Parent Code of Conduct
  • Player Code of Conduct
  • Zero Tolerance Policy
  • Participant Contract and Parental Consent Form
  • Physical Fitness & Medical History Form
  • TWO (2) copies of participants report card for the FULL school year (the one that you will receive in June)
  • Birth Certificate
  • 2x3 Color Photo – head/shoulder picture – no reflective glasses/sunglasses or hats

 

6. What is the last day I can register my child for your football or cheer program?

Registration is on-going until further notice.  Register early and save!
