Marvin Escobar - President
The President is the executive officer of the Association, is the Chairman of the Board of Directors and supervises all business affairs of the Association. Duties also include representing Campbell Pop Warner at the monthly Presidents meeting.
Jim Gaona - Vice President
The Vice-President shall perform the duties of the President in the absence of the President. The Vice-President performs other duties as may be assigned by the President or by the Board of Directors.
Shana Romo - Secretary The Secretary keeps the minutes of the Board of Directors meetings, maintains all records, and ensures that all notices are fully given in accordance with the provisions set forth in the Association By Laws or as required by Law. Duties also include securing facilities for all meetings and trainings and maintain the League One database.
George Trevino - Athletic Football Director The Football Director is first and utmost the liaison between the Board of Directors and the coaching staffs. The Director must be aware of and communicate the needs, requests, and information needed to both parties. The Football Director must know all rules and procedures pertaining to coaches and players and relay and enforce them. Additional duties include being the liaison between Campbell Community center and the Association to secure all necessary fields and facilities.
Mary Sessler - Treasurer The treasurer is responsible for maintaining a budget for the league and tracking income and expenses.
Christina Gaona-Meier & Raequel Greg
- Cheer Directors
The Cheer Director is first and utmost the liaison between the Board of Directors and the coaching staffs. The Director must be aware of and communicate the needs, requests, and information needed to both parties. The Cheer Director must know all rules and procedures pertaining to coaches and cheerleaders and relay and enforce them.
Chris Cade - Equipment Manager The Equipment Manager shall be responsible for evaluating, purchasing, and distributing to the coaches, officers or other designated persons any and all equipment and other supplies as necessary to carry out the athletic and business functions of the Association.
Stefanie Trevino - Booster Club Director The Director of Fundraising.  Responsible for organizing public events for Campbell Pop Warner..
Desire Acosta & Ronnie Burton
- Director of Concessions & Sales 
The Director of Concessions & Sales is responsible for and manages all aspects the snack shack, organizes the half time and post games snacks for all participants, and oversees the sales of all promotional products.
Levi Maksani - Fields / Security Director Maintains practice and playing fields. Keeping the peace during public events.
OPEN - Publicity Director & Recruiter The Publicity Director is to publicize to the players, cheerleaders, parents and the general public, the Campbell Youth Football & Cheer story. Duties also include managing the flyer distribution and sign up processes, publishing the association newsletter and working to promote the program and its services.
OPEN - Head Team Mom The Business Manager is responsible for the business activities that directly involve the teams. This includes the proper maintenance of team records (rosters, certification forms, insurance forms, etc.) and the collection of various funds from the team.
OPEN - Scholastics Director The Scholastics Director is responsible for the coordination, supervision, and administration of all local, regional, and national Pop Warner scholastic activities for all participants in the program. Duties also include assisting individual team scholastic coordinators.
